Cancellation Policy:

We are an independent business with a limited number of rooms located in a destination resort area. Therefore our policy on guaranteed reservations is a 7-day cancellation notice May through October and National Holiday weekends (2-day notice in off-season) If a last minute cancellation is unavoidable, we will try to re-rent the room. However, if we are unable to re-rent the room, your credit card will be charged for the night(s) of lodging you reserved.
