Located at the top of a small hill less than 2 miles from the Northwoods Lodge is a smoke-free home perfect for small groups and family lodging! Partially built into the hillside with a nice grassy yard that is surrounded by big trees and woods. Close by there is also the lulling sound of a waterfall from the nearby Big Bear Adventures golf course. Conveniently located right in Indian River and within easy walking distance to Big Bear General Store and Family Fun Center. You can walk or bike down the hill and across the road into Burt Lake State Park which includes over 2000 feet of sandy beach on Burt Lake and frontage on the refreshing Sturgeon River. There is no air conditioning or phones, however there are fans and cable TV! Outside is a cement patio with table and chairs, a charcoal grill, and also a wooden deck with picnic table. In the yard is a campfire ring and more outdoor seating.

All Guests staying at the Dormitory are entitled to a 10% discount at Big Bear Adventures and Subway of Indian River.
*Rates apply for up to 6 people, not including tax. Any additional guests are $10 per person per night. There is a 2-night minimum stay in summer or winter season whenever a Saturday is involved or a Holiday. All linens, pillows, and towels are included, but there is no daily housekeeping or meals included. No Smoking and No Pets.
